Help On Assignment be a leader in the Health Services industry by acting as the OB/GYN Registered Nurse (RN) who promotes and restores patients' health; identifies patient care requirements; establishes a compassionate environment; promotes patient's independence; assures quality of care; resolves patient problems and needs; maintains safe and clean working environment; protects patients and employees; documents patient care services; maintains continuity among nursing teams; maintains patient confidence and protects operations; ensures operation of equipment; maintains nursing supplies inventory; maintains professional and technical knowledge; maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams; contributes to team effort.

Qualifications


Listens attentively and actively.



Speaks clearly and effectively in a variety of settings.


Experience administering medication orally, subcutaneously, and through an IV.


Good diagnostic and clinical skills. Understanding of how patient's signs and symptoms relate to a disease process.


Practices proper methods of infection control and sterilization.


Works productively with others in the medical team.


Capable of performing general procedural nursing duties.


Basic understanding of physiological functions and processes as they relate to issues of patient care.


Ability to multi-task.



Builds trust and is patient and responsive to client's needs.


AS or equivalent experience.


RN License
