Occupational Health Nurse Administrator (RN)

We are currently looking for an Occupational Health Nurse Administrator (RN) to work onsite at one of our client locations in South Central Los Angeles, CA. This individual will function as part of multi-disciplinary team and will have direct interaction with employees, operation supervisors/ managers, and treatment providers. This individual will also supervise occupational health staff nurses.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: Oversight of the medical assessment process, drug testing, and DOT regulations compliance; maintenance of medical records; coordinate health promotions programs; and provide medical support to operational managers/ supervisors.

 

REQUIREMENTS: Diploma, Associate or Bachelors Degree in Nursing required.  Advanced Degree preferred.  Successful candidates will have case management and occupational experience and thorough knowledge of ADA, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, ergonomics, disability management and the Return-to-work process.
