HealthBridge is currently seeking a Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner for our Newton, Massachusetts facility, a 202-bed skilled nursing facility. Newton Health Care Center is a flagship facility that is a patient first healthcare center. Conveniently located right off Route 95 and is across the street from Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Newton HCC has a dynamic new administrative management team and has multiple levels of care available.

 Title:  Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner In this role you will head up and manage a new 50 bed Sub Acute Unit at our Newton facility. You will have the opportunity to participate in the development of our new Orthopedic Sub acute Rehabilitation Program.You will work side by side with leading local orthopedic surgeons and physicians.You will be responsible for ensuring implementation of critical pathways in collaboration with local area physicians. Additionally, as Director of the Unit, you will be responsible for educating and mentoring clinical staff.
Must have current and unencumbered licensure as Nurse Practitioner for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Must have orthopedic experience. Must have nurse management experience.
