Part-Time Wellness Director (RN)

Our Wellness Director position requires a current nursing license and is responsible for:

?  Assessing the full scope of resident needs

?  Leadership through clinical practice, supervision of caregivers, in-service training, and coaching

?  Reviewing and signing incident reports

?  Supervising medication monitoring functions

?  Demonstrating necessary skills and knowledge to provide care for residents according to policy and procedure

?  Providing a safe environment for residents, visitors, and employees through identifying/correcting/reporting health and safety hazards

?  Minimum of two (2) years experience with assisted and independent living facilities
