Public Health Nurse - TB Control Case Manager
$82,596.80 - $97,656.00 annually



We are seeking a TB Public Health Nurse/Case Manager to coordinate patient care ensuring that the patient?s medical and psychosocial needs are met through the appropriate utilization of resources. You'll be responsible for ensuring the patient safely completes an appropriate course of therapy, is sufficiently educated about TB and its treatment/management,including documented culture conversion. You'll also conduct a contact investigation when appropriate.

Other responsibilities consist of the identification of all contacts, while maintaining a working relationship with the patient?s care provider and other individuals providing health-related services. Position requires current CA RN licensure as well as a California Certificate as a Public Health Nurse. We offer an outstanding benefits package.
