Quality Risk Advisor (Full-time days 8am-5pm)





Reports to the Risk Manager in the Quality Management Department. Actively participates in performance improvement, patient safety and risk management efforts. Screens internal quality/risk reports for appropriate data entry. Ensures timely completion of action plans and/or measurement of effectiveness data from process improvement efforts. Functions as additional risk management resource for Associates and Physicians. Works with Risk Manager to facilitate resolution of grievances.





Must have a Bachelor in Nursing Degree and/or Health Care related field and a current California RN license. Three years of experience in direct pediatric nursing care. Performance Improvement or Risk Management experience in a pediatric hospital is preferred.
