RN – Registered Nurse – Branch Manager – Arlington, TX

Home Health Services is a nonprofit, community-based home care agency with six branch locations in the Dallas ? Fort Worth, TX area and due to recent expansion, a branch office in Houston, TX.

 

Accredited by JCAHO and certified by Medicare, Home Health Services has been meeting the needs for home health care specialized in serving the senior population since 1974.

 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Branch Manager at our Arlington, TX office.

 

Reporting directly to the Vice President of Clinical Operations, the Branch Manager is responsible for the supervision, coordination, and scheduling of clinical services.  The Branch Manager ensures that care plans are written and followed according to physician orders and agency standards as well as review all written documentation and coordination of decisions regarding changes in levels of care with their clinical staff.

Qualifications

 

*  A Registered Nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the State.

 

* Graduate of NLN accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree is preferred.

*  Minimum of three (3) years experience as a professional nurse.  Must have some experience in Medicare home health nursing, and some supervisory or management experience.

 

*  Must be able to perform wound care and IV functions, as well as other general nursing functions.

 

*  Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, and possess good communication, management, and organizational skills

 

*  Basic computer skills.  Able to use MS Windows based software, MS Office packages, email, and internet.
