Heart Care and Surgery ranked in the top 20; for the seventh year in a row, Banner Good Sam ranked among the top three percent of hospitals in the nation. Banner Good Sam was also named to Solucient's 100 Top Hospitals for cardiovascular services.

This position serves as base unit staff for the Cardiovascular ICU. Incumbents will use specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon the principles of biological,physical and social sciences to facilitate patient's achievement of optimum health status. Provides leadership and coordination to the healthcare team and will maintain standards of professional skills.

Qualifications :

Requires current AZ or other compact state RN license.A MINIMUM OF ONE YEAR CRITICAL CARE EXPERIENCE AS AN RN IS REQUIRED.PREVIOUS CVICU/CCU EXPERIENCE IS STRONGLY PREFERRED Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate behaviors consistent with those identified as Banner Health service standards.
