This position serves as base unit staff for the Cardiovascular ICU. Incumbents will use specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon the principles of biological,physical and social sciences to facilitate patient's achievement of optimum health status. Provides leadership and coordination to the healthcare team and will maintain standards of professional skills.

Qualifications :

Requires current AZ or other compact state RN license. One year of critical care experience as an RN is required. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate behaviors consistent with those identified as Banner Health service standards.
