Job Details:
An experienced certified RN who is able to support the busy, Med/Surg Units of Fremont Rideout Health Group. Through assessment of the learning needs of staff, planning and implementing programs to meet these needs, and evaluating the outcomes, the Educator contributes to the implementation of, and adherence to, federal and state regulations. Your ability to identify the needs of the nursing team, coach, and inspire them to go above and beyond and ensure they excel clinically will be a key factor in your success in this position.
