Providence Home Services is currently seeking a full-time RN Case Manager in the Seattle area. The RN Case Manager is responsible for providing evaluation and nursing services independently and/or in conjunction with an interdisciplinary team. Requirements:
? Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
? Recent clinical nursing experience
? Current Washington RN License
? Current WA drivers license and daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle
? CPR certification
