The Registered Nurse opening is in our Hospice/Residence Facility . This inpatient licensed 9-bed unit is located on the 6 th floor of the hospital, adjacent to our Oncology unit. This inpatient facility provides multidisciplinary care for hospice appropriate patients, usually but not limited to patients over the age of 60. This unit is staffed with a solid team of RNs, CNAs and an essential group of volunteers. Your Position

To fulfill this role as a Registered Nurse, you'll work alongside other Hospice staff to provide compassionate health care services to patients and their families with severe, end-of-life situations.

Like you, we value safety and support. As a newly hired Registered Nurse, you'll be precepted by a stable, unit-experienced staff and surrounded by a mentoring environment combined with an operational "what's best for the patient" attitude. Our Requirements

* Current Colorado Registered Nurse licensure
* Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
* Preferred : 5 years experience in a hospice inpatient setting or medical oncology unit in an acute hospital or other significant end-of-life care setting
