RN/ICU for BMT/ Nights

This position serves as base unit staff for the Bone Marrow Transplant Intensive Care Unit. Utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment and nursing skills based upon the principles of biological, physical and social sciences o facilitate patient's achievement of optimum health status. Provides leadership and coordination to the healthcare team and will maintain standards of professional skills.

Qualifications :

Requires Current AZ or other compact state licensure and a minimum of two years of ICU experience and one year of BMT or related oncology experience. Must have highly developed interpersonal skills and demonstrate behaviors consistent with those indentified as Banner Health service standards.
