RN / Laser Tech for Medical-Esthetic Clinic

Currently, we are seeking a very special candidate to be one of our first Laser RN?s for our new Esthetic center in Mount Laurel, NJ. Training available!

SUMMARY:
The RN is responsible for the safe & effective operation of the clinic equipment, responsiveness to client questions/concerns, and being a team player in providing clients with the highest level of customer service.

Primary Responsibilities include:
* Perform treatments in accordance with clinic protocols
* Provide effective client communication through eye contact, addressing questions, etc.
* Provide client consultations including hair growth cycles, etc. in accordance with training
* Ensure accurate and thorough patient chart entries
* Communicate with Clinic Manager regarding any patient concerns, etc.
* Participate in increasing sales revenues through upgrades and consultations

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge & Experience
* Current NJ RN License required
* Sales background a huge plus!
* Excellent communication skills - verbal & written
* Sense of urgency regarding customer service and sales results
* Ability to grasp details of fine motor applications

* Experience operating laser equipment a plus, but will train the right person

Compensation & Working Environment:
* Part Time Positions
* Clinic open Monday - Saturday
* Hourly pay plus Bonus Incentive Program
