RN, Manager of Surgical Services

Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital currently has an opportunity for a Manager of Surgical Services.  This position manages the inpatient and outpatient surgical services for the hospital. 

 

This team member works with all members of the Barnes-Jewish St. Peters Hospital team to take exceptional care of people, and supports the hospital's service priorities of patient and employee satisfaction, quality and growth. This position is responsible for managing the delivery of patient care and coordinating other services to an assigned patient population.

 

Directs the delivery of safe and appropriate patient care governed by a solid clinical and management base

 

Champions pro-active employee relations

 

Develops and maintains capital and operational budgets and adheres to budgetary constraints through long and short term planning 

 

Plans, implements, and accomplishes departmental goals
