RN-Rapid Response

?May require the RN to be responsible for the assessment, treatment or care for patients of all ages including, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric. RN must be competent to analyze patient data with an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional/psychosocial, spiritual, and chronological maturation process. Highly motivated and self-directed person who embraces professional development as an integral part of nursing practice. Multiple positions and shifts.


Required Skills:
Required:? Oregon RN license, current status as a Critical Care preceptor, five years of Critical Care nursing, ACLS required, PALS within 6 months of hire with renewal every two years thereafter. Preferred: Experience with intra-aortic pump and intra-cranial pressure monitoring, CCRN.? Competencies must be completed for all Critical Care Units with 6 months of hire? and annually.? Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively, and to communicate effectively with the health care team.
