Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current State of Colorado nursing license and a minimum of two years varied nursing experience. Requires current American Heart Association BCLS certification as well as ACLS certification. Prefer critical care experience and moderate sedation experience. Provide professional nursing care through assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation. Meet the needs of the patient/resident, family and multi-disciplinary team through communication, coordination and evaluation. Support hospital through sound nursing care and practices. Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients to facilitate patient flow. Assist with moderate sedation procedures. Part time position, 30 hours per week, hours vary, often work 10:00am to 8:30pm.
