Responsibilities

 

? Evaluates and manages patient needs.

? Assists with all cardiac cath lab procedures

? Identifies patient and family education needs and provides instruction. 

? Demonstrates awareness of self-responsibility and accountability for own professional practice. 

 

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Registered Nursing and hold an active Florida state license.  BSN degree preferred.

 

Experience: 

Two or more years of cardiac/vascular and/or intensive critical care medical experience.

Experience in Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.

 

Other Requirements:

BLS certification required.  ACLS certification within first six months of employment.  Must maintain ACLS certification in current status.
