Overview : Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center is a MAGNET recognized hospital.

U.S. News & World Report recently named Banner Good Sam to its 2006 America's Best Hospital list. Heart Care and Surgery ranked in the top 20; for the seventh year in a row, Banner Good Sam ranked among the top three percent of hospitals in the nation. Banner Good Sam was also named to Solucient's 100 Top Hospitals for cardiovascular services.

The cardiovascular/surgical Telemetry unit is located on
1CD. The patient population is 24-48 hrs post open-heart surgery. These patients are cared for until the time of discharge. The nurse works directly with the cardiovascular surgeons in planning the patient's care and discharge. Strong emphasis on patient teaching and family support.

Responsibilities :

Direct patient care.

Qualifications :

Requires current AZ or other compact state RN license or the ability to obtain licensure. Experienced nurses preferred but New Grads are welcome to apply.
