New Medicaid Managed Care program within an organization dedicated to providing a continuum of care to the geriatric population! Dynamic role enables Nurse Care Manager to utilize a tremendous amount of resources to help members. Opportunity to assist with grant writing and research. Nurse will be assigned to various projects including member education and teaching. Tons of growth potential!
