Registered Nurse Occupational Health

Kelly Healthcare Resources, a division of Kelly Services, Inc., has a long-term contract to outsource the occupational health clinics for a leading manufacturer of chips, boards, systems, and software in the computing and communications industries. We currently have openings for 2 part time Registered Nurses at our Chandler, Arizona site.


Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Respond to medical emergencies
- Perform physical exams
- Interface with Case Managers
- Coordinate and manage patient care for our client's employees
- Ensure services for the client are carried out according to their policies and procedures
- Provide medical monitoring, recordkeeping, and return-to-work evaluations
- Conduct needs assessments
- Spirometry
- Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) and Medical Case Management directives
- Independently triage walk-in clinic patients
- Participate in special programs such as wellness and blood pressure clinics

Qualifications:
You must be a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 5 years nursing experience, and have strong physical assessment, and triage skills.

Valid AZ nursing license and CPR/AED certification required. COHN-S and Spirometry certification preferred.

Must be able to work weekends 6a-4p or 3p-12a to accommodate manufacturing work schedule. Excellent written and oral communication skills, competency with Microsoft computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge of Musculoskeletal repetitive motion disorders and State Workers' Comp regulations helpful.
