There is an assistant nurse manager or charge nurse available for each shift. The unit also has a trained monitor technician 24 hours a day and health unit coordinators to complete orders and answer phones for the nursing staff.
Minimum 1 year recent progressive/critical care experience required, for Multisystem specialty unit.
