At our nationally recognized Orthopaedic Institute, we treat more than 5,000 Orthopaedic patients each year and are one of the top ten hospitals in the country for the number of total joint replacements performed each year. Our patient mix includes not only total joint replacements, but also a variety of spine procedures, orthopaedic trauma, sports injuries and upper extremity surgeries. Members of the nursing staff benefit from a concentrated diagnosis in addition to clinical best practice, which provides our patients consistency of care. Our doctors, nurses and therapy staff work as a strong interdisciplinary team to promote rehabilitation while an active Clinical Best Practice Committee works continuously to improve patient care, satisfaction, and outcomes. A variety of full time, part time and per diem shifts are available on our Orthopaedic units. Requirements include a current FL RN license or the ability to obtain a FL RN license and a minimum of one year recent hospital experience.
