Resident Services Director - Loyalton of Bloomsburg

The Resident Services Director will coordinate and supervise personnel in the Wellness Department in accordance with the residents? needs, state regulations, and Emeritus policies and procedures.  This position will also maintain excellent services, high occupancy and meet community financial goals as well as supervise and train Wellness staff regarding care policies and procedures and Wellness program.  Duties include: directing and coordinating overall resident care plan from move-in to discharge; performing licensed nurse tasks; implementing and maintaining an accurate wellness record for each resident; interacting with the residents? physician, pharmacist, and medical personnel; supervise the storage, distribution, administering of and discontinuation of residents? medication; schedule staff hours; and manage administrative duties.

 

This is a full-time position with some weekends.  Availability by phone or pager 24 hours a day, 7 days a week is required.

 

Qualified candidates will be a licensed RN or LPN/LVN in good standing and meet all State health requirements.  Computer skills required.
