Our client, a full-service healthcare facility, is looking for a Clinical Director to join their Surgical Services team.  This hospital strives to provide quality healthcare at cost efficient prices to its community, while providing a nurturing and educational working environment for its staff.

 

As the newest vital member of this 605 bed facility, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the unit, including staffing and budgeting.  Your highest priority will be to promoting and maintaining the highest quality compassionate care for your patients.  If you are self-motivated, organized, and a natural leader then this position is for you.

 

To qualify for this wonderful opportunity, you will need a BSN and current nursing license.  You must have 3+ years of experience within a management role.  A Masters degree is preferred, but not required.
