Senior Clinical Manager

Overview : The Center for Health Enhancement is seeking an RN with leadership experience in adult inpatient care. The CHE includes patient care activities such as Cardiac Rehab, Wound Ostomy, and other rehabilitation services.

Senior Clinical Manager title is equivalent to Assistant Director, Nurse Manager, etc

Responsibilities :

Provides and/or facilitates patient centered care for a defined patient population; and, serves as a resource to other employees, reflecting the representative duties on the job descriptions of direct reports to this role. Deminstrates effective communication, problem solving, and conflict resolution skills. Participates in staff selection, development, performance review, and coaching. Supports change and implementation through collaboration. Manages patient care activities within budgetary guidelines. Promotes an environment that is focused on safety.

Qualifications :

A current or temporary Arizona or other compact state RN licensure (or the ability to obtain one) is required. Master's Degree in healthcare is preferred or equivalent related experience. Demonstrated leadership ability and at least three years of clinical experience relevant to the patient population and scope of care of the department is required. The ability to build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, physicians, patients and their families is required.
