Sharon Regional Health System, Mercer County's largest hospital and health care system, has an opening for a Senior Director of quality. The Senior Director of Quality will report to the Vice President for Patient Care and will have direct reports for Infection Control, System Wide Performance Improvement and Regulatory Compliance, Case Management and Risk.

The qualified candidate shall possess a Master's degree in a healthcare related field. Nursing degree with a strong clinical background preferred. A minimum of five years experience in healthcare leadership along with a minimum of two years experience in continuous quality improvement required.
