Telephonic Case Managers are responsible for the timely coordination of quality healthcare services to meet an individual's specific health care needs in a cost effective manner and to facilitate an appropriate and timely return-to-work. The Telephonic Case Manager assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, reassesses, and evaluates the medical and disability needs of the injured worker. The Case Manager assists with case resolution.

RN/ LPN (LVN) with a current license

BSN preferred

3 or more years of general clinical experience

Orthopedic, neurological or intensive care experience a plus

Previous workers' compensation, case management, utilization review and/or managed care experience

CCM, CRRN, COHN, or CDMS eligibility or current certification optimal
