You'll get the chance to work with bright, highly motivated people. We need a talented individual to fill the role of Telephonic Nurse Case Manager for Builders Insurance Group. This individual will act as a liaison between all parties involved in work-related injuries to ensure that injured worker's understand the treatment plan and are actively participating in the recovery process. The successful candidate will monitor all medical aspects of the Workers' Compensation claim.

Qualifications

Capable of producing detailed, comprehensive documentation.

Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty.

Makes effective decisions with limited time and information. Determines decision-making criteria based on priorities.

Uses multiple resources, quantitative, and qualitative research methodologies to capture and interpret information.

Articulates ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.

AS or equivalent experience.

RN required
CCM or similar preferred
