North Valley Hospital, a Vibra Healthcare Specailty Hospital, is located 10 minutes North of Denver in Thornton Colorado. We are looking for a superstar Clinical Liasion to help fill a growing need. We are a 54 bed LATCH, 24 bed SNF and 16 bed geriatric psych facility.

The Liaison will perform assessments on patients requiring rehabilitation or specialty services provided by North Valley Rehabilitation Hospital. Assessments will be completed in a timely fashion, preferably on site which will include chart review, patient interview/assessment, communication with case manager, physician, nursing and other involved interdisciplinary team members, as well as family as needed. The Liaison will develop potential referral sources and maintain contacts with established referral sources. Referral source development and maintenance is a critical aspect to the position.

RN, LPN, or Respiratory Therapist, desired for this role. ICU experience desired.
Prior experience in sales and marketing. Strong Interpersonal skills.
This position is 90% travel all over the Denver Metro area.
