Unit Manager - Long Term Care Unit

Position Description:

Crescent Cities Center is a 140 bed nursing facility offering sub-acute and long term care. Will be responsible for monitoring a 33 bed long term care unit. Ensures comprehensive care and treatment is rendered to our customers. Oversees the MDS process. Maintains nursing management responsibilities and collaborates with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care is being delivered.

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with proven leadership experience for a minimum of two years. Knowledge of OBRA and JCAHO guidelines is a plus as well as understanding of PPS. Must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and have strong interpersonal skills.
