Description:

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the capacity of Workers? Comp Nurse Care Manager.  This is a full-time, permanent and benefited position.  Some local travel involved.


Responsibilities: Proactive care management services

 Determine necessity of care and authorize services

 Communication with patients, providers and insurers

 Coordinate with providers to expedite return-to-work

 

Qualifications:

 Current California RN License

 Minimum 3 years in acute care setting

 Knowledge of CA Workers? Comp and nationally recognized guidelines

 Computer skills a must

 Case Management certification and experience preferred
