North Mountain Medical & Rehab in Phoenix Arizona is seeking an incredible Director of Nursing to help take this facility to "World Class" status.  Not just anyone will do.  As part of this team you will be responsible for uniting nurses, C.N.A.?s, and respiratory therapists to improve the quality of care in this highly skilled facility.

 

North Mountain Medical & Rehab is a 155 bed skilled nursing facility across the street from a hospital in the heart of Phoenix.  The facility is known for its high level of care and runs more like a sub-acute than a SNF.  Our respiratory unit is one of few in the region capable of caring for long term vents and our rehab department is second to none. 

 

If you are intensely focused on results and have the track record to prove it, we?d love to hear from you.  You must be able to delegate and train when necessary, but not be afraid to roll up your sleeves and work with the nurses when needed.  Experience working in/managing a sub-acute is a definite plus.  We need humble leaders to bring this team together and not let day-to-day issues get in the way of achieving long-term goals and creating amazing results.
