Clinical Imaging Specialist

CITY: Houston STATE: Texas COUNTRY: USA Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Instruct customer in the proper use of GE OEC products.Provide support for sales demos, tradeshows and clinical workshops.Communicate product development needs to marketing and engineering.Work closely with tech support and product managers to resolve product problems.Work with reference accounts in implementation of new clinical applications on OEC systems.Operate within assigned expense budget.Utilize computer to generate reports, complete Mylearning training, submit T&L expenses, email, etc.Ability to travel overnight approximately 35% within or outside defined geographic territory. Comply with EHS & Quality System regulations and policies.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Radiologic Technologist certification. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in radiology with at least one year exposure to surgical and surgical vascular procedures. Must be ARRT certified. Licensure requirements may apply in certain states and metropolitan areas. Willingness to travel overnight approximately 35% within or outside specified geographic region. Willingness to take a drug test. Proficient use of Microsoft Office computer application. Basic understanding of internet and web applications.

Desired:
Experience with Vascular and Interventional procedures.Bachelor's degreeExcellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to interact effectively with all individuals at all levels of an organization, including physicians.Teaching ability. Strong Clinical knowledge.

General:
Responsible for instructing customers in the proper use of GE OEC products. Also provides marketing and sales support for demonstrations, trade shows and workshops.
