Manager of Operations

We are searching for a Manager of Operations for our corporate office located in Pikesville, MD.

 

This position will be responsible for:

 

Ensuring proper training of new managers and assistant managers, assisting director of technical operations with managing center manager staff and other various duties, assist with recruitment and retention of site management, oversee and recommend disciplinary actions with center management, other projects as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Radiology experience preferred, minimum of 3 years outpatient healthcare management experience, experience with working with various levels of employees, physicians, patients and clinical staff, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, tact and diplomacy.  Excellent computer skills.  Ability to be flexible, multi task and work on various projects at one time.
