Quality Assurance specialist: (PERM)
Under general direction, carries out procedures to ensure that all web portal functionality and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements based on business specifications and designs. Performs and leads tests of web portal to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Create test plans and test data based on business specifications. Documents and works to resolve all problems. Report progress on problem resolution to management. Oversee and document all development as it moves from the testing environment into the production region. Document potential improvements to current procedures or functionality and work with the business analysts to create models of those changes. Function as an information resource about assigned areas to other Quality Assurance Analysts. Requires 3+ years of testing software functionality or web portal products. Experience with issue tracking tools such as Serena Team Track software. Candidate must be detail oriented and be able to adapt to a fast pace environment. Knowledge in the health insurance industry would be preferred.


Quality Assurance Analyst (CONTRACT-TO-HIRE)
Under direct supervision, carries out testing procedures to ensure that all web based functionality meets organization standards and end-user requirements based on businesses and design specifications. Assists in the testing of web based health product to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve basic problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. This position requires an individual with a minimum of 1 year in the area of Quality Assurance testing and knowledge of health care insurance would be a plus but is not required. Candidate should be able to read business requirement specification, create test plans, and execute those test plans.
