Radiology Technologist I

Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
Certification registered with the American Registry of Radiology Technologists (ARRT)
Valid State of Ohio licensure in Radiography
BCLS under the American Heart Association guidelines is required.
Valid certification must be maintained

Valid certification registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Valid State of Ohio licensure in Radiography. Recent graduates with valid ARRT certification, and State of Ohio licensure in Radiography, will be considered. Ability to float locations and/or shifts, and to work flexible schedules.

Position scope of the Radiology Technologist I includes, but is not limited to, the following abilities:

Effectively perform all diagnostic imaging procedures.

Apply knowledge of anatomy, positioning and radiographic techniques to achieve and maintain quality images.

Perform quality assurance/control tests and procedures as required by the department and/or regulatory bodies, and to maintain statistics.

Schedule appointments, properly file and/or retrieve images (PACS).

Willingness to perform any related task needed to provide quality patient care and service.

Recognize and respond appropriately to emergency situations
