Ultrasound DU Clinical Applications Specialist

Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Provide technical support to Ultrasound & Full Line Sales & Service Representatives.
-Demonstrate full range of Ultrasound Products to customers within the territory & region when needed. Work closely with sales to develop winning demonstration strategies.
-Conduct & monitor customer installations of ultrasound products effectively in the territory and regionally when needed. Actively participate in territory MCT.
-Develop and deliver customer, field engineer & sales rep training on equipment use & documentation. Provide routine customer follow up to nurture customer relationships & satisfaction.
-Aid in customer issues and act as information liaison between Headquarters & Field Sales regarding customer feedback.
-Monitor Gov't regulations.
-Support trade shows, educational events or professional conferences when requested.
-Support and comply with Corporate initiatives.


Qualifications/Requirements:
Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer-RDMS
-Demonstrated skills in Radiology general imaging, OB/GYN, Vascular Sonography with a strong knowledge/skill set in Doppler & Color Doppler.
-Cardiac knowledge/skill set a plus.
-Minimum 3 years of clinical ultrasound experience in a hospital setting (University or large Community Hospital desirable).
-Excellent communication skills and successful presentation skills (Ultrasound Lecture experience desirable).
-Computer/PC skills a must.
-Demonstrated business acumen, time management, problem solving & team building skills.
-Uncompromised Integrity.
-Willingness to travel.


Desired:
-BS/BA or equivalent experience
-RDMS, RVT, RDCS or demonstrated shared service experience
-Cardiac Registration / Experience strongly desired
