We work with just about every hospital in San Diego and all are in need of ultrasound technologists.  A variety of shifts are available and many of these facilities are top notch and have great working environments.  The equipment is modern and the procedures are cutting edge.  These hospitals are clean, sterile, and aesthetically impressive.  Some of them actually overlook the Pacific Ocean!!  The pay will be competitive and many of them offer either a Sign-On-Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics:
Being certified with the ARDMS
Having at least 2 years of postgraduate work experience in ultrasound
Being comfortable with most general ultrasound procedures while also knowing basic vascular procedures
Willing and able to consider many different shifts, possible weekend work, and call rotations
Preferably local to the San Diego area or having a strong reason to relocate there
