Assistant Program Manager - Wakefield, MA

Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting in the overall daily management of group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. Successful candidates will assist individuals to function as independently as possible in a variety of home-life situations and community settings. In collaboration with the Program Manager, provide daily management of residence; supervision of staff; ISP development and implementation; monitor house budget and petty cash; communicate with families and funding source; and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. In the Program Manager's absence, the Assistant Program Manager assumes responsibility for day to day operations of the home.  Positions available in Newton and Wakefield, MA



Requirements:



Bachelor's degree required. 1-2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Valid driver's license also required.
