Behavioral Health Care Managers

We are assisting a large national managed care company in their search for several independently licensed Behavioral Health Care Managers to work in San Diego, CA. Opportunities are full-time long-term temporary assignments with M-F, 8:30-5:30 schedule.

The Care Manager role consists of using clinical skills in a corporate environment, obtaining clinical information from providers via the telephone, and assessing their mental health and substance abuse clients for the appropriate level of care. In addition, the CM will access client information and document case resolution in the company database.


Qualified applicants will have a Master?s degree and independent clinical license ( LCSW, LMFT, LP, BSN/RN) with solid experience providing clinical mental health and substance abuse services in a variety of settings. Inpatient experience a big plus! In addition, the ideal candidate will have good computer/typing skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
