Vista Springs in Hereford, Arizona is currently hiring for Behavioral Health Technicians. We are a residential treatment program for adolescent males and females. Our rate of pay starts at $9.00/hr, and may increase depending on experience and/or education DOE. Candidates with Associates or Bachelor's Degree in this field plus 2-3 years behavioral health experience start at about $10 - 10.50/hr.

We are hiring for all three shifts right now. The shifts are 10-hour shifts; 1st shift 6 a.m. - 4 p.m.; 2nd shift is 2 p.m. - 12 a.m.; 3rd shift 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Behavioral Health Technicians work 4 days on and have 3 days off.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications are High School Diploma or GED, age 21 and able to obtain a Class II Fingerprint Clearance Card.
