Bilingual - Residential Habilitation Supervisor

Evelyn Douglin Center, A progressive and expanding Brooklyn based Not-For-Profit Human Service Agency is currently seeking the right professional for our Bilingual Residential Habilitation Supervisor position.

 

Residential Habilitation Supervisors provide off-site supervision to Direct Care Workers who assist consumers who are mentally and developmentally disabled in program activities, both at home and in the community.  Specifically assisting the consumers in the areas of appropriate socialization, community integration, independent living skills and self care skills.

 

Those who apply should have previous experience working with OMR/DD programs, some supervisory experience and possess a BA/BS in related human services field.  Bilingual Spanish speaking is necessary.  Good written, verbal and follow up skills required.
