CLINICAL LCSW-ORLANDO, FLORIDA-Work with the world's largest & best dialysis provider!

FMCNA is hiring aN LCSW for our facilities in Orlando, Florida.  This position will service two clinics.  LCSW and dialysis experience preferred, but training is available.


As an MSW with Fresenius Medical Care, you will:

 
Provide psychosocial services to all patients treated by the facility including in-center and home dialysis patients (if applicable).
Evaluate each patient at admission and formulate appropriate treatment plan, provide ongoing casework and advocacy services for the patient to ameliorate medically related social or emotional problems, inform and clarify for patients and their families the facility policies and resources. 
Re-evaluate, at appropriate intervals, those patients not seen on a regular basis as well as maintaining records in accordance with the policies of the Social Service Department and the facility in order to comply with E.S.R.D. regulations.

 

Experience with renal patients or other physically ill population preferred.

 

Education and licensure requirements include:
Master's Degree from an accredited school of social work.
Certification: Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure if applicable.
