CLINICAL SUPERVISOR

Perth Amboy, NJ

Under the direction of the Program Director, the Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for the coordination of program services with funding sources, providing clinical services and supervision to clinical staff and treatment homes, case management, and staff development. Other responsibilities include directing care services to clients and families, as needed; program development; maintaining contract requirements; clinical supervision of staff; and liaison to community and governmental agencies. Training staff, emergency beeper coverage, confidentiality, completing all paperwork in a timely manner, and understanding licensing regulations are musts. You will serve on agency teams/committees when appropriate. Requirements include a MSW, 3 years post-LCSW experience, excellent clinical, management, assessment, supervisory, and computer skills, teamwork, flexibility of schedule and a Driver?s License.
