Care Manager

Riverside Care Management seeks an individual to assist in the continued development of this growing business by providing direct care management services to clients and families/caregivers. Will work collaboratively with attorneys, trust officers, physicians, therapists, and other health care professionals to develop and implement comprehensive solutions to complex needs. Care recipients include adults and adolescents with psychiatric, developmental, and traumatic brain injury related disabilities. Will also participate in ongoing marketing and business development activities. This position is full time, 40 hours/week, and weekdays 9 to 5. However, some flexibility in hours is necessary. Extensive travel within eastern Massachusetts assumes a clear expectation of the candidate having a vehicle in safe, reliable working order and a willingness to transport care recipients.

 

Qualifications: Qualified candidates will have a Masters Degree in a human services related field, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Prior care management experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have a high degree of skill and comfort in representing program and agency to senior- level professionals, executives and the general public and the ability and interest in working independently within a consultative model.
