Case Manager/Special Events Coordinator

Case Manager/Special Events Coordinator needed for the Polk Independent Living Program. Needed Full Time and will provide Independent Living Transitional Services to clients participating in the IL Program. Duties include but not limited to the recruitment training and retention of volunteers and mentors. Coordination of all special events such as fundraisers, social and speaking engagements. Assist in the scheduling of assessments, staffings and life skills trainings, cultivation of strong working relationships with vocational training sites and employment sources. Build and expand community linkage and promote community partnerships as well as be an advocate for children aging out of care. Minimum of a four year degree working towards a degree in Social Work. Master degree preferred. Must have at least 1 yr experience working in case management or related field.
