Case Manager ? Adult Program

 

We are seeking a dedicated energetic professional to assume primary responsibility for case management of an assigned case load.  Duties include assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, dictation, charting and communication with family members and referring agents.  Our ideal candidate will hold a current Texas license (LCDC, LPC, LMSW), and will have one or more of the following:  five years experience working with chemically dependent patients, a Bachelor?s degree in a Human Services field or a graduate degree in a Human Services field.
