Director, Social Work

We are currently seeking a Director of the Medical Social Work Department.  This position is located in Evanston, convenient to METRA & CTA transportation.

 In this role, you will direct the activities of the Medical Social Work Department which includes the responsibility for the development and monitoring of the department budget, recruitment and development of staff, provision of high quality psychosocial services to patients and families and leadership activities designed to enable ENH to meet its organizational goals.

Our ideal candidate will have:

?  Master?s degree from an accredited school of Social Work

?  LCSW, required

?  Minimum of 5 years of professional social work experience in a health care setting including 2 years in a supervisory or management position

?  Director level experience preferred

?  Excellent oral and written communication skills

?  Knowledge of CQI, TQM or FADE principles
