The Director of Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRP) reports to the Chief Operating Officer of NSMHA. The Director of CRP is responsible for the direction and overall management of the Metro Boston Asian collaborative (Asian CRS), the Adult Community Rehabilitation and Support program (CRS), the Rehabilitation Treatment in the Community program (RTC) and the Program of Assertive Community Treatment (PACT). The Director ensures that the highest standards of clinical care and treatment are met. The Director supervises each Clinical Manager/Team Leaders for each program, who in turn, are responsible for the day-to-day program operation.

Qualifications include a minimum of a Master's degree in Social Work, Nursing or Psychology; clinical license or equivalent required, eight years of experience in the provision of clinical services and supervision and experience with patient populations with chronic and persistent mental health issues.

Experience in administration, program development and consultation, grant writing and community mental health, is desirable. Off-site travel is necessary for program oversight, supervision, training, program management and meetings.
